After graduating from the University of McMaster in Economics, he decided to take his knowledge and place it in a market that is known to make a difference.

Chantel’s infectious personality and warm smile immediately welcomes all of her clients and makes them feel at ease! Chantel brings to the team an extensive background in customer service. Previously working as a teams client care coordinator, and a receptionist for KW Edge Chantel credits her time spent in these roles as being paramount to assisting her with understanding the back end of the systems, and the process behind the actual ‘sale’. This experience has allowed Chantel to seamlessly transition into a sales role while always ensuring that her clients feel at ease with the process. 

With a background, and degree from McMaster University in Social Psychology she truly understands how to ensure that our clients are kept calm and at ease throughout the Buying and Selling Process – as it is meant to be a fun one!

Born in the heart of Ancaster and raised on the streets of Hamilton, Santino is the newest member of the team. Working in kitchens most of his life, Santino is no stranger to a fast-paced environment with the flames on high. Hard work and determination are his sole practice in any intensive situation.

With a background in Marketing and Advertising, and customer service, Santino has a great grasp and understanding of his client’s needs and ambitions and is relentless in surpassing their expectations. Real Estate has always been an interest, but watching his cousin, Matthew, get a sense of satisfaction and fulfilment from his career has fueled Santino’s drive to turn that interest into a career of his own. Joining the Simek, Randazzo, Ferro team seemed like a no brainer. After watching the SRF team expand and flourish, Santino knew the SRF team was the perfect spot to help grow into his own.

Born in the United Kingdom, Monroe spent his childhood travelling and has had the fortunate experience of living on 5 different continents. After spending a period of time in sales, and management with several awards under his belt, he decided to change careers and became a real estate agent. As an avid motorcycle and fitness enthusiast, he is highly active, attending different sporting events. Monroe has a focus on the importance of family and friends. He brings a team orientated spirit, and prides himself with the ability to deliver trust, understanding and a team mindset when working with clients ensuring that the experience is positive, and his clients expectations are surpassed.
